Make sure all players are eligible to play. In team games, all players must be registered for their corresponding team's roster.

14.2    Substitute players

It is only allowed to substitute a player before the match starts. If the match is started all players of a team must play the match until the end. It is possible to switch players between the maps/matches. The team does not need to contact an administrator of BEING ESPORTS before changing a player. A team is allowed to have 1 (one) substitute player per team. The substitute player must have been part of the roster before the sign up phase for the tournament/event closes .

14.3    No show

If a participant team cannot play at the scheduled start time, the team will not get any points for the match. BEING ESPORTS reserves the right to barrage players or whole teams for violation of this rule with up to bans from BEING ESPORTS events in the future.

A no-show defined as not having enough players to play the first match of the evening (two or less players) and if the team still has only three players when the second match starts and has already made use of 14.4 (one matchday as 3) it will also be considered a no show.

A no-show during the league phase can lead to exclusion from the league and finals. There is the possibility for exceptional cases. Teams must open a support ticket and forward all necessary information if they know beforehand that they are not able to play with a full roster on a respective match day. This is in NO WAY a guarantee for not being excluded, but it is the only way to apply for a exceptional case.

All no-show cases will be decided on a case to case basis, communication, transparency and earlier breaching of rules can be taken into consideration.

14.4    Number of players

Teams are allowed to play one match per matchday three players in squad tournaments. Each team is allowed to play an entire matchday with only three players per season. As soon as this team starts a match (the lobby starts) with only three players the second time on a matchday, this day counts as their Matchday as three.

14.7    Tiebreaker

In case of a tie in the results, the first tiebreaker will be the number of kills. In case they still tie the second tiebreaker will be the amount of Chicken Dinners. . The third tiebreaker will be the average placement of the teams during the latest round. If still tied the winner will be chosen randomly.

14.8    Protests

If a match was incorrectly reported into our system, your team has 10 minutes to protest (Discord support channel) against the report. Match protests must include media evidence clearly showing the results of the match/series. Teams are responsible for providing proof of match results in case of disputes.

14.9    Re-host

A re-host can only be played with admin initiation. Disconnects and lag issues will only qualify for a re-host if the issue occurs within the first 60 seconds of the game and affects a significant amount of players, barring any unforeseen situations.

If more than 10% (rounded to the next full number) of players which were already connected to the pre-lobby are dropped by connection problems, the match will be re-hosted.
