Entsprechend der Anzahl an angemeldeten Teams wird es bis zu vier Qualifiers geben. Diese werden nicht parallel, sondern hintereinander an maximal zwei Spieltagen gespielt. (16.3.21 + 17.3.21)
Alle Teams müssen sich zum Anniversary Cup anmelden und am Montag den 15.3.21 zwischen 12:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr einchecken, um teilnehmen zu können. Es können maximal 64 Teams teilnehmen.
Alle angemeldeten Teams werden in entsprechend viele Lobbies aufgeteilt und spielen zu den ihnen zugeteilten Startzeiten.

Es wird folgendes System gespielt:
abhängig von der Anzahl der angemeldeten Teams mindestens 2 Best-Of-4 Qualifier, maximal aber vier Best-Of-2 Qualifier an bis zu zwei unterschiedlichen Tagen jeweils hintereinander.
Es qualifizieren sich dementsprechend pro Qualifier zwischen 4 und 8 Teams.
Das Finale wird als Best-Of–Four am 23.3.21 um 18:00 Uhr ausgetragen.
Bitte denkt daran, dass ihr durch die Anmeldung zu diesem Turnier das Regelwerk anerkennt. Denkt außerdem daran, dass der Team-Captain unserem Discord-Server joinen muss, um für Ankündigungen und u.U. individuellen Kontakt zur Verfügung zu stehen.

These are the rules for the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021.
We make every effort to ensure the rules are complete and up to. Additions, exceptions and modifications may apply. The rules are a guideline and the decisions by admins may differ from them depending on the circumstances. If you have any questions about the rules, please write a support ticket.
Only a team which participated in a match can complain about the results in any way. All rules are subject to change without notification.

6 Participation in prize tournaments
The PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 is a tournament with the purpose of encouraging and enhancing the PUBG Community and activities in the D/A/CH region by the PUBG Corp., organized and administrated by the Being X GmbH. The PUBG Corp. is in no way involved in or responsible for any organizational tasks, rules, GDPR, decisions or any other executive tasks.
BEING ESPORTS is used as term for the administration team representing the Being X GmbH. The BEING ESPORTS tournament administration has the right to decide outside or even against this rulebook in special cases to guarantee fairplay.
Every participant has to behave with respect towards the representatives of the BEING ESPORTS, press, viewers, partners and other players. The participants are requested to represent esports in general, BEING ESPORTS, and their Sponsors honorably. This applies to behavior in-game and also in chats, messengers, comments and other media. We expect players to conduct themselves according to the following values:
Participants must not engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This includes, but is not limited to:
Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in warnings. In the case of repeat or extreme violations, penalties may include disqualification, or banning from future BEING ESPORTS events.
All insults that happen during a BEING ESPORTS-Match or on the BEING ESPORTS platform, may be punished. This includes but is not limited to in-game chat of the corresponding game, guestbooks, forums, Match- or News-Comments, BEING ESPORTS Messages, Match-Chat, Discord, game IDs. Insults that happen on external messengers are not taken into account.
Warnings are not only limited to Strike Catalogue, but may also contain the following depending on the incident, location and frequency of the insult:
Severe incidents including, but not limited to the following points, may be punished immediately:
The right to appeal is only with the injured.
The excessive posting of futile, annoying or offensive contributions within BEING ESPORTS events or channels is considered as spamming. Spamming on the website (support- and protest pages, Discord, etc) is penalized.
In general, all programs which are not part of the original game, including custom-data and modifications, are not allowed in any BEING ESPORTS tournaments and events. All external voice programs are allowed (e.g. Teamspeak, Discord etc.). Changes to the game’s configuration are allowed, unless they are forbidden by a dedicated rule inside this ruleset. Software that provide an advantage during game play (e.g. drivers and software that allow the removing of walls) are forbidden. Any programs that change the game itself are forbidden.
All texts written in either protest or on Discord, or written by the administrators to members of the BEING ESPORTS administration, cannot be published without the permission of BEING ESPORTS.
The official language of all BEING ESPORTS projects is German. All players should be able to communicate in German and do so.
The attempt to deceive admins or other players with wrong or fake statements, information or data will not be tolerated and result in punishment, which is decided on a case-to-case basis.
Including but not limited to the abusing of bugs on the website. Punishment can include warnings that are at the discretion of the responsible admin and can be punished according to severity.
All forms of cheating in PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 matches are forbidden and will be penalized by BEING ESPORTS administration. Players found cheating outside of BEING ESPORTS events may be barraged on BEING ESPORTS events depending on the evidence available. Note, we do not accept publicly submitted demo or screenshot evidence in these cases. Should it become known to the BEING ESPORTS administrators that any form of cheating was used to the advantage of a player or a team during a PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 match, the BEING ESPORTS administration reserves the right to punish them to the full extent of the rules available. By breaking any rule, a player risks being barraged or completely excluded from the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021. This can also include their team.
The use of third party software and programs (e.g. „hacks“) or other methods to gain an advantage using third party software is forbidden. Any use of such programs or methods will be punished as cheating.
Contributing to the distribution of cheats in any way is not allowed on BEING ESPORTS events and platforms. This includes but is not limited to referring to the name, website or logo of cheats anywhere on BEING ESPORTS platforms, such as player profiles, team profiles, Discord, etc.
Violating this rule will be punished from a warning up to exclusion from BEING ESPORTS events.
Disqualification from the tournament, results voided, forfeiture of prize money, ban up to lifetime depending on age and level of player and nature/size of tournament and how the player cheated.
Any kind of doping is forbidden.
Bribing or attempting to bribe a referee or organizer or trying to manipulate the competition is forbidden.
Results voided, forfeiture of prize money and monetary fine (if discovered before the end of a tournament, disqualification), bans from other cups of the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021.
For second and subsequent offences, participants should expect far harsher sanctions including a ban for all future BEING ESPORTS events.
All players participating in Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds (henceforth PUBG) competitions organized or administrated by BEING ESPORTS must enter their PUBG game ID on their player account on the beingesports.com website. The game account is needed to invite players into a custom match and to check if the correct player is playing. In order to participate in PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021, you must meet the following requirements:
You must be a registered player on the beingesports.com website. By registering you confirm that you are 16 years or older. You must have an active PUBG account in good standing and link it to your profile. When registering, each player must provide an up-to-date and correct email address and it is the player’s responsibility to keep this up-to-date.
If you do not meet these requirements, you will be deemed ineligible. Sign-ups will be closed for all cups 30 minutes before they start. If your team has not signed up before this time you will be unable to participate. Your team will also be required to check-in to the cup itself starting 30 minutes before the cup. Signing up without checking in is NOT considered a no-show. Signing-up, Checking in but not playing the respective games of the respective cup is considered a no-show.
This is a community event. Therefore, players who have participated in the PCS 3 group stage last year are allowed to take part in the event but can NOT be members of the same participating team. For clarification: Only one PCS3 player per team will be allowed in the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021.
Players who have only taken part in the open or closed qualifier of the PCS3 but not advanced to the group stage are not affected by this ruling and can take part in the same team.
Each player in the BEING ESPORTS must only have one account! If a player loses access to his beingesports.com account he has to start a support case to get in contact with an BEING ESPORTS admin. He has to be able to confirm his identity and that he is the righteous owner of the account.
Nickname Changes during the event generally not allowed. Exceptions can be made on behalf of the BEING ESPORTS Admin Team on a case to case basis. To open such a case namechanges need to be announced by the respective player and it is closed through approval or denial by the BEING ESPORTS admin team. If a player changes his name without approval and consent through the BEING ESPORTS admin team he will not be eligible to take part in any matches until the case is solved.
We reserve the right to edit Nicknames and/or URL aliases, if they fail to comply with the following requirements.
Nicknames/aliases are forbidden if they:
In addition to the above, any nicknames/team names/aliases that are purely commercial (e.g. product names), defamatory, pejorative, offensive, vulgar, obscene, anti-Semitic, inciting hatred, or offending against good manners are forbidden. Using alternative spelling, gibberish or wrong spelling in order to avoid the requirements mentioned above is illegal. We reserve the right to extend, change, exchange or delete these rules if necessary.
Being Esports reserves the right to edit Nicknames and/or URL aliases. Teamnames that are too similar to that of another team or a widely known team, clan or organization are subject to be changed by Being Esports. If a team name has been wrongly seized, please file a support ticket with proof of ownership of the name.
Names which are restricted by law will not be accepted and will be deleted and punished respectively if found. Also, names which go against all forms of etiquette and good manners will not be accepted and deleted.
A player’s nationality must be of the D/A/CH region which can be proven by a current passport (if requested). Deliberately faking nationality is punishable and also includes the teammates of a player.
Each BEING ESPORTS account (on the beingesports.com website) is strictly personal and cannot be shared with other BEING ESPORTS users and / or other players that don’t have a BEING ESPORTS account.
The original registrant must always be the final user of the account, which cannot be lent or transferred in any case. This will be considered as account sharing or multi accounting and pursued according to this ruleset.
Only registered team members are allowed to play for a team. Playing in any matches with a ringer/fake account user is prohibited. Players and teams must compete under their officially registered PUBG team names and Nicknames during all official matches.
If a team deletes its account because of a certain amount of active strikes and registers a new account, the strikes will be transferred to the new account. Furthermore, additional warnings will be added for the attempted deception.
The logo must represent the team and have some reference to the team’s name or to the team’s short handle. Copyrighted logos, or logos which go against etiquette and good manners will not be accepted and deleted.
A team cannot change its name at any time. This also applies when a team is restructured.
Changing a team’s name in order to fool other teams is forbidden. Extremely long names, or consistent changing of team names is prohibited and can be punished. Team names can be changed by opening a support case to contact a BEING ESPORTS admin. The admin may refuse the name change temporarily (e.g. when it is to be changed in an ongoing tournament or if it has been changed too often in a short amount of time).
In general, during matches of the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021, at all times in-game a team must have 100% of its players that are residing in or have the nationality in the D/A/CH region.
There is a maximum of five player per team in the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021.
The BEING ESPORTS administration reserves the right to prohibit or remove teams with sponsors or partners that are solely or widely known for pornographic, drug use or other adult/mature themes and products from partaking in BEING ESPORTS Play events at any time.
The player- and team-registration is only valid by making use of the registration option on the beingesports.com website. Signing-up for tournaments is only possible during the sign-up phases for the respective tournaments/cups. These sign-up phases can be found and are communicated on the tournament sites and tabs that can be found on the beingesports.com website.
An automatic sign-up is not active.
Team rosters must consist of at least the minimum amount of a minimum of four players and a maximum of five players.
Teams are only allowed to play with players on their roster with a registered game account. All roster changes must be made prior to the start of a cup. Playing with different players and/or illegal ringers will result in punishment. The team must play with a registered roster of 4 players for the duration of the whole cup. A substitution using a Stand-in, that is also registered with the team is allowed between games, when the substitute was added correctly and according to this ruleset as set in 14.2 in this ruleset.
The roster must consist of 4 players from the list of eligible countries (D/A/CH) for squad tournaments.
The Team belongs to the Team Captain or Team Admin. This person can be a representative of an organization or club and does not have to be a player. The Team belongs to the natural, individual person of the Admin. In case an artificial person is to become the owner of a team a support ticket is to be created and approval by the beingesports.com administration or the Being X GmbH is necessary.
Unless otherwise explicitly permitted, it is not allowed for employees of the Being X GmbH and members of the BEING ESPORTS administration, its subsidiaries or partners, volunteer or contractor staff or employees that are in some way connected to a respective including sponsors, publishers or game developers, to participate in prize winning tournaments, qualification for prize winning tournaments or qualifiers.
Prize winning means any tournaments with physical (e.g. hardware) or monetary prizes.
If in doubt, please contact support.
Registration is only possible using the BEING ESPORTS cup website. After the Check in closes all teams will be drafted into different lobbies and assigned a time slot to play. A maximum of 64 teams can take part. Slots will be available on a first come, first served the first round.
All players must install the newest version of the game in order to participate in PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021. Updates must be installed before the cup starts, so delays will be at a minimum.
Teams and players are responsible for their own technical issues (hardware/internet). Matches will not be rescheduled because of technical issues and matches will be played nevertheless. If the warm-up time in the starting area is exceeded the game goes on, even if the issue is not solved yet. In case of massive problems influencing a significant amount of players (10%, rounded to the higher full number), a replay of the map may be called via the cup’s support channels on Discord.
By signing up for the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 the players and teams acknowledge and agree on this ruleset as well as on any decision rendered by an administration member. Interpreting the ruleset and rendering a verdict is the sole right of the tournament administration. Decisions can substitute rules in this ruleset to ensure competitive and fair circumstances.
Every player acknowledges that all rules are subject to change without notification by right of the Being X GmbH.
Team Captains or Team Admins have responsibility for their team, therefore act and speak on behalf of the team.
Players have to ensure to have the latest version of Playerunknown´s Battlegrounds installed to their device furthermore they should stay informed about possible updates and patches. Not having the latest version is under normal circumstances no eligible reason for delay or not showing up.
By participating in any PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 the player confirms that they are beyond the age limit enacted by law in their country of residence for Playerunknown´s Battlegrounds.
For the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 the Being X GmbH and all of its sites and partners are acting, discussing and broadcasting as journalist medium and therefore not required to inform affected participating persons of the broadcasting or news about their data subject rights priorly. Furthermore, no agreement for using person subject data for journalist purposes is required.
Every player acknowledges and agrees by registrating on the beingesports.com website that playernames. -logos, teamnames and – logos as well as sound- and video recordings in which the player is featured may be used free of charge by the Being X GmbH and its sites and partners for the purposes of advertisement, social-media and press purposes. The Being X GmbH is thereby entitled to save and use this data without temporary nor locally restraints.
By registrating on the beingesports.com website the player agrees that his PUBG Game ID will be visible to third parties.
To avoid deception in competitions, with fairness and integrity as very fundaments or with monetary- and material prizes, the Being X GmbH has a justified interest (DSGVO Erwägungsgrund 47) in saving pseudomised Game-Accounts up to five years after a deletion by the user.
Every Team is responsible for teamnames and -logos. These should follow German law as well as common moral sense. In case of infringement the logos or names may be deleted by the platform and respective information may be forwarded to the respective authorities if necessary.
Every player agrees to forward necessary personal information to the Being X GmbH within 30 days after the conclusion of the tournament (e.g. street address, bank account) in order to be able to claim the prizes. These data will only be raised if the player finishes on a prize winning placement in a cup and will be deleted immediatly after delivery of the prize. If the player refuses to forward respective data or fails to deliver it within 30 days after the conclusion of the cup in which he won the prize, the Being X GmbH reserves the right to withhold the prize. The player will in this case not be eligible anymore to claim the prize. A recourse to legal action is excluded.
To keep cups as efficient as possible, the BEING ESPORTS administration reserves the right to disqualify teams or players. This will only be done in cases where a team purposefully stalls or attempts to block the cup from starting
BEING ESPORTS reserves the right to disqualify teams or players also for upcoming events in order of rule violations.
Usage of Reshade, SweetFX, VibranceGUI, and other 3rd party programs that enhance, add, modify, or remove game appearance, color, or files, is strictly prohibited during this event.
Intentionally changing your character’s angle to look through a texture or object is prohibited. You are not allowed to set two actions to the same key in key bindings.
If your match is streamed on an official channel any removal of clothes will be punished. You are required to keep your character clothed in these matches
The intentional use of any bugs, glitches, or errors in the game is strictly forbidden and will be penalized. Any team found to be using any known exploit will forfeit their game upon the first occurrence of the exploit. If the team is found to use another known exploit for a second time and it is determined to have been done on purpose they will be removed from the cup and barred from any future cups.
Every Match in the Competition will use Esports Mode with the Default Settings Preset (as fixed below). All settings shall remain default unless explicitly stated below. Being Esports Administration reserves the right to make changes to InGame Settings for any reason at any time. Administration may make temporary adjustments to In-Game Settings in order to help mitigate the impact of any in-game bug.
For the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 matches the official PUBG SUPER Settings will be used on all maps. The settings can be found under: https://globalesports.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/UPDATED-SUPER-v2.1.2.pdf .
Being Esports currently hosts cups in Germany. 100% of the team has to be from one of the D/A/CH countries.
Please resolve any problems that might occur before a match starts. Connection or hardware problems during a match could lead to a disqualification by Being Esports admins. Make sure all players are eligible to play. In team games, all players must be registered for their corresponding team’s roster.
It is only allowed to substitute a player before the match starts. If the match is started all players of a team must play the game until the end. It is possible to switch players between the maps. A team is allowed to have 1 (one) substitute player.
In a one day tournament (all matches of the tournament take place on the same day or even in one process) the substitute player must have been part of the roster before the tournament started. For a multiple day tournament a team is allowed to add a substitute player to their roster (also in between matchdays) if the team roster only consisted of four players in the moment they checked in. A substitute player added in the way as set in 14.2.2. of this ruleset must not have participated in the same tournament before.
If a participant team cannot play at the scheduled start time, the team will not get any points for the match. BEING ESPORTS reserves the right to barrage players for repeated violation of this rule more severely with up to bans from BEING ESPORTS events in the future.
Teams are allowed to play one match per round with one player for duo tournaments and three players in squad tournaments, in case of technical problems.
In the case that a player(s) disconnects during a match, the team is allowed to continue to play the match at a disadvantage.
Participants can choose to forfeit a match if they wish. Forfeiting will result in 0 points from that match and possible penalty points, forfeiting a match within the first 15 minutes of a match will be considered as no-show.
In case of a tie in the results, the first tiebreaker will be the average placement of the teams during the latest round. In case they still tie the second tiebreaker will be the number of kills. In case they still tie the third tiebreaker will be the total number of chicken dinners.
If a match was incorrectly reported into our system, your team has 10 minutes to protest (Discord Support Channel) the report. Match protests must include media evidence clearly showing the results of the match/series. Teams are responsible for providing proof of match results in case of disputes.
A re-host can only be played with admin initiation. Disconnects and lag issues will only qualify for a re-host if the issue occurs within the first 60 seconds of the game and affects a significant amount of players, barring any unforeseen situations.
If more than 10% (rounded to the next full number) of players which were already connected to the pre-lobby are dropped by connection problems, the match will be re-hosted.
Observers are organized by BEING ESPORTS admins and people that are given permission by an admin (e.g. shoutcasters or streamers), not assigned observers are not allowed.
A Game ends when only one team or members of only one team are alive and the “Winner-Screen” shows inside the game client.
Each tournament is over after five games have been played. The number of rounds played is subject to the tournament administration and can be changed without prior notice.
All results will be input by BEING ESPORTS administration. If anything is unclear, participants should have screenshots available to verify the result and file a protest.
The PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 will take place at the following dates. These dates are subject to changes without notification.

All participants must adhere to the decisions and rules of the tournament organizers, admins, and referees. All decisions are final, except in cases where the option to appeal is clearly stated. Conversations, either verbal or written, between organizers, admins or referees, and participants are confidential. Publicly posting or sharing these conversations with outside parties is strictly forbidden, unless permission is obtained.
Each individual person that has been authorized by the Being X GmbH to conduct the administration as a whole or in parts is a so called “Admin”. Players and teams have strictly obey and follow any decisions made by an Admin.
All match media (screenshots, demos, etc) must be kept for at least 14 days. Faking or manipulating match media is forbidden and will result in severe penalties. Match media should be named clearly based on what it is. It is not possible to file a protest or write a support ticket to complain about bad match media naming. However, if an admin is hindered in their work because of bad match media names then it can be punished.
BEING ESPORTS will deploy an official Match stream broadcasted on twitch.tv/pubg_de. Casters and observers are appointed, entitled and authorized by the BEING ESPORTS administration. Only appointed, entitled and authorized persons are allowed to be observers inside the game.
The BEING ESPORTS administration DOES reserve exclusive rights to the coverage of the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 matches. POV streams are NOT allowed.
Chatting while being alive on stream (with the respective delay) is not allowed to any player on any stream. Players have to wait until their game character died on stream or the games has ended on stream. Violation will cause a timeout in chat for 24 hours and can also be punished with a warning depending on the content of the chat message as well as the channel the message was posted in on a case-to-case basis by an BEING ESPORTS admin.
In general, a player and the team can receive up to 2 warnings per match or one disqualification. A team is only punished once per violation, regardless of how many players. A Disqualification affects the tournament or event the violation took place in as well as the following tournament or event of the same Series. Disqualification for further events and cups is possible as defined in 1.7 of this ruleset.

The rules for the PUBG Anniversary CUP 2021 are set exhaustively and completely in this ruleset. All rules are subject to change without notification by the tournament administration, the Being X GmbH.
The invalidity of single paragraphs and rules do not interfere with the legal validity of the ruleset as a whole and in general. In place of the invalid paragraph a rule has too be arranged to fulfil the respective purpose.
